FAQ: Courses

Q: How do I register for a class?

A: Simply go to our registration page at: http://projectmilestone.com/register.html to sign up. If you would like to secure your seat immediately, please select the 'Secure Seat Now' button. Otherwise fill in the form to the right, select your appropriate course then submit. Your confirmation will be emailed to you if there is available space.

Q: What is included in the cost of the class?

A: All class materials are included in the cost. This includes, a complete, bound binder of course material. All case studies including templates that are used in class. Flip charts will be provided for group case studies and exercises. A complementary continental breakfast is included in the course fee as well.

Q: What are your instructors like and do they use lots of examples?

A: All our instructors are PMP certified Project Managers with many years of real world experience. Our instructors are encouraged to bring as much of their knowledge of real examples to the class room to share with the students. Students are also encouraged to share their own experiences with the rest of the class.

Q: What is your Satisfaction Guarantee?

A: We are sure that you will be 100% satisfied with our courses that if for any reason you are not, we ask that you sit in the next available session date free of charge. If at the end of the second session, you are still unsatisfied, we will refund you 100% of the course fee minus cancellation fee and course material costs ($200). No questions asked.

Q: What do I receive upon completion of a course?

A: All students who finish the course receive a certificate.

Q: Can I earn any PDU's from your courses?

A: Coming soon! Currently we offer a certificate of completion.

Q: Who is the two day PMP101 course targeted for?

Q: After taking the PMP101 course, would I be prepared to write the PMP exam?

A: It largely depends on what type of student you are. Those dedicated to learning the PMBOK inside out will have the best percentage of success. The PMP101 is a good primer, however, it is recommended that you take a four day intensive course that has prep content specific to the exam, such as our PMP104 class (coming soon).

Q: When will your PMP104 course be ready?

A: We are currently in the process of developing it and should be ready by first quarter or next year.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: There is $31 non-refundable, registration processing fee (online) or $50 in person, mail or by phone, once you have been confirmed into a class using any of our registration methods. Refunds are based on your date of written cancellation notice. Refund schedule is as follows: 25% before 60 days of class commencement, 35% before 30 days, 50% before 15 days. This is the cancellation fee percentage i.e. 25% of full course fee would be paid to Project Milestone for cancellations prior to 60 days of class. Maximum fee is 50%.
