A: All class materials are included in the cost. This includes, a complete, bound binder of course material. All case studies including templates that are used in class. Flip charts will be provided for group case studies and exercises. A complementary continental breakfast is included in the course fee as well.
A: All our instructors are PMP certified Project Managers with many years of real world experience. Experience is diverse and broad with work within many of the major Fortune 500 companies such as IBM Global Services, Microsoft Canada, Bell Canada. Our instructors are encouraged to bring as much of their knowledge of real examples to the class room to share with the students. Students are also encouraged to share their own experiences with the rest of the class.

A: All students who finish the course receive an official Project Milestone Certificate of Completion which can be used towards your PDU's.
A: Yes. The quantity of PDU's are dependent upon the course you take.

A: A large part of your success with the PMP exam will depend on your number of years experience, amount of formal in class training received and your study habits.
The PMP101 is a good primer, however, it is recommended that you take a four day intensive course that has prep content specific to the exam, such as our PMP104 class (coming soon).
A: We are currently in the process of developing it and should be ready by first quarter or next year.
A: We are sure that you will be 100% satisfied with our courses that if for any reason you are not, we ask that you sit in the next available session date free of charge. If at the end of the second session, you are still unsatisfied, we will refund you 100% of the course fee minus registration fee and course material costs ($300). No questions asked.
A: There is $35 non-refundable, registration processing fee, mail or by phone, once you have been confirmed into a class using any of our registration methods. Refunds are based on your date of written cancellation notice. Please see Cancellation Schedule for details.
