Each day, we look at a case study that we build upon exercise by exercise until the final stage, where the student builds a complete project control book (PCB) using professional templates.
The class instructor is a PMI certified instructor with a PMP designation. Each class is provided with numerous real world examples with an emphasis on class participation using real case studies that are cumulatively built upon over the two days.
All knowledge materials are provided for the students, for theirs to keep, in a binder plus electronic templates for later use. Students are also provided a complementary access to over 64 PM tools and technique templates in our exclusive PM Portal.
Classes run 9:00am - 4:30pm, with a 45 min lunch and two 15 min breaks.
