Each day, we look at a case study that we build upon exercise by exercise until the final stage, where the student builds a complete project control book (PCB) using professional templates.
The class instructor is a PMI certified instructor with a PMP designation. Each class is provided with numerous real world examples with an emphasis on class participation using real case studies that are cumulatively built upon over the two days.
All knowledge materials are provided for the students, for theirs to keep, in a binder plus electronic templates for later use. Students are also provided a trial access pass eproject, an online project management tool.
Classes run 8:30am - 4:30pm, with a 45 min lunch and two 15 min breaks.
Continental breakfast, break snacks, juice and coffee is provided.
Audience:
You are looking for a career in Project Management or are presently working in some capacity in managing projects.
You are an associate Project Manager or Coordinator.
You plan to write the PMI exam for PMP certification within the year.
You are considering to take the 4 day PM Prep class, PM Advanced 104, prior to writing the PMI exam
