Today, Project Milestone made public, their intention to have September 31, 2005 as their official release date of their new online project management software tool called eProject.

This joint venture involved the efforts of both parties, Aspire Web Solutions of Toronto, Canada, an application service provider, to build the code base platform on Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP and Project Milestone.

Once released the software hopes to be made available on a 'rental' basis.

"The application service provider (ASP) model has seen it's ups and downs over the years, but now appears to be in prime position with it's widely available and adopted open source technologies to accelerate to market", says Lee Chiang, Principal of Aspire Web Solutions Inc. "So much so, that we expect to see sales of our ASP software increase by 10% to 15% alone in some sectors that we service".
